Shipping

To buy a product from Electrical Wholesaler, your delivery address must be in one of the regions where we operate.

Currently we ship to the following countries:

  • Ireland
  • N Ireland
  • GB Mainland (excl Islands & Highlands)

We can not ship or deliver to:

  • Military (APO, FPO) and non-residential addresses like PO boxes or mail forwarding service addresses.
  • Certain postcodes in some countries/regions that the delivery carrier can’t deliver to.

Returns

At Electrical Wholesale 365 UK we understand that from time to time you may not be entirely happy with the items that you have received. We have a simple returns policy. We will accept returns in the following events where:

Goods are no longer required

The goods must be returned with original packaging and in a re-saleable condition. They must be returned within 28 days of dispatch.

Faulty goods

If returned within the manufacturer’s warranty period. The product will be subject to inspection upon return to our store. A replacement product may be sent to you or we will issue you with a full refund. This decision is solely at the discretion of Electrical Wholesale 365 UK Ltd.

Incorrect goods supplied

If we are notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods and the goods are returned to us within 28 days of dispatch.

Goods damaged in transit

We must be notified within 3 days of you receiving the goods.

How do I return a product?

Return the goods with original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
