To buy a product from Electrical Wholesaler, your delivery address must be in one of the regions where we operate.
Currently we ship to the following countries:
- Ireland: please use electricalwholesaler.ie
- N Ireland
- GB Mainland (excl Islands & Highlands)
We can not ship or deliver to:
- Military (APO, FPO) and non-residential addresses like PO boxes or mail forwarding service addresses.
- Certain postcodes in some countries/regions that the delivery carrier can’t deliver to.
Returns Policy
At Electrical Wholesale 365 UK, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. Our returns policy is designed to provide clarity and support for our customers.
Returnable Items
Not all items in our inventory are eligible for return. Non-returnable items will be clearly marked in our product descriptions and inventory system.
Return Scenarios
1. Goods No Longer Required
- Items must be returned within 30 days of dispatch
- Must be in original, unopened packaging
- Product must be in pristine, re-sellable condition
- Original proof of purchase is required
- Refund will be processed to original payment method
2. Faulty Goods
Returns must be within the manufacturer’s warranty period
Product will undergo a comprehensive inspection
We may:
- Replace the product
- Issue a full refund
- Repair the item
Final decision is at the discretion of Electrical Wholesale 365 UK Ltd.
3. Incorrect Goods Supplied
- Notification must be made within 3 days of goods receipt
- Items must be returned within 28 days of original dispatch
- Full refund or replacement will be provided
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
4. Goods Damaged in Transit
Damage must be reported within 3 days of receiving the goods
Photographic evidence of damage is required
We will either:
- Replace the item
- Provide a full refund
- Arrange courier collection and replacement
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team to initiate a return
- Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Package the item securely in original packaging
- Include the following with your return:
- Original proof of purchase
- RMA number clearly marked on the package
- Reason for return

Refund Processing

- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
