16mm² 4 Core SWA Armoured Cable 600/1000V XLPE/LSZH (BS 6724)

This 16mm² 4 core SWA armoured cable is designed for critical power and control circuits, rated at 600/1000V with XLPE insulation and robust Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) bedding and sheath. The cable features Class 2 stranded copper conductors and a galvanised steel wire armour (SWA), ensuring mechanical protection for direct burial and installation in challenging environments. Compliant with BS 6724 and BS EN/IEC 60228, and flame retardant to BS EN/IEC 60332-1-2 and -3-24 (cat C), it is suited for public buildings, transport hubs, and data centres where minimising smoke and toxic emissions is essential. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +90°C, suitable for fixed installations both indoor and outdoor, including cable ducting and underground.
