This 1.5mm² 5 core SWA armoured cable is designed for mains power and control applications, rated at 600/1000V with XLPE insulation and LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) inner bedding and outer sheath. The cable features Class 2 stranded copper conductors and complies with BS 6724 and BS EN/IEC 60228. Operating temperature range: -20°C to +90°C with 90°C maximum conductor temperature. Galvanised steel wire armour provides mechanical protection for direct burial, underground, outdoor, and public building installations where fire safety is essential. Suitable for installation in power networks, cable ducts, datacentres, airports, and environments requiring low smoke emission and reduced toxic fumes.
