Warranty
Your legal rights
Under UK consumer law, all goods sold must be fit for purpose, as described, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy from us regardless of any manufacturer warranty.
If a product turns out to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:
- Repair or replacement — whichever is most appropriate
- A partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible or would take unreasonably long
You have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
These rights apply to all consumers and cannot be excluded.
Manufacturer warranty
Most products also carry a manufacturer warranty on top of your legal rights. The duration and terms vary by manufacturer and product — check the product documentation or the manufacturer’s website for details specific to your product.
A manufacturer warranty may offer additional coverage or a faster resolution path. It does not replace your statutory rights.
Milwaukee tools
Milwaukee tools carry a 1-year standard warranty from date of purchase. You can extend this to up to 3 years by registering each eligible tool on the Milwaukee warranty portal within 30 days of purchase — you will need your proof of purchase and the tool’s model or serial number.
Register here: warranty.milwaukeetool.eu/en-uk/home
Milwaukee handles warranty repairs directly through their eService portal, which books courier collection from your address, tracks the repair, and arranges return. To submit a warranty claim:
- Go to uk.milwaukeetool.eu/service/eservice
- Log in or create a Milwaukee account and locate your registered tool
- Confirm whether it is in or out of warranty, describe the fault, and upload your proof of purchase (and extended warranty certificate if the tool is over 12 months old)
- Choose collection from your address or a carrier drop-off point — Milwaukee will arrange the rest
If you need help with a Milwaukee warranty claim or are unsure how to proceed, contact us and we will assist you.
How to make a claim
We do not carry out in-house repairs. For any warranty issue (other than Milwaukee — see above):
- Contact us via a support ticket or email [email protected]. Include your order number and a description of the fault.
- We will assess the situation — we may ask for additional information or ask you to return the item for inspection.
- We will arrange a replacement or refund — depending on the fault, stock availability, and circumstances.
We aim to resolve warranty issues quickly and without unnecessary back-and-forth.
What warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect
- Damage from use outside the manufacturer’s specifications
- Normal wear and tear
For electrical products, installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person in accordance with applicable wiring regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions.
