Warranty

Your legal rights

Under UK consumer law, all goods sold must be fit for purpose, as described, and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a remedy from us regardless of any manufacturer warranty.

If a product turns out to be faulty or not as described, you are entitled to:

  • Repair or replacement — whichever is most appropriate
  • A partial or full refund if repair or replacement is not possible or would take unreasonably long

You have a short-term right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

These rights apply to all consumers and cannot be excluded.

Manufacturer warranty

Most products also carry a manufacturer warranty on top of your legal rights. The duration and terms vary by manufacturer and product — check the product documentation or the manufacturer’s website for details specific to your product.

A manufacturer warranty may offer additional coverage or a faster resolution path. It does not replace your statutory rights.

Milwaukee tools

Milwaukee tools carry a 1-year standard warranty from date of purchase. You can extend this to up to 3 years by registering each eligible tool on the Milwaukee warranty portal within 30 days of purchase — you will need your proof of purchase and the tool’s model or serial number.

Register here: warranty.milwaukeetool.eu/en-uk/home

Milwaukee handles warranty repairs directly through their eService portal, which books courier collection from your address, tracks the repair, and arranges return. To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Go to uk.milwaukeetool.eu/service/eservice
  2. Log in or create a Milwaukee account and locate your registered tool
  3. Confirm whether it is in or out of warranty, describe the fault, and upload your proof of purchase (and extended warranty certificate if the tool is over 12 months old)
  4. Choose collection from your address or a carrier drop-off point — Milwaukee will arrange the rest

If you need help with a Milwaukee warranty claim or are unsure how to proceed, contact us and we will assist you.

How to make a claim

We do not carry out in-house repairs. For any warranty issue (other than Milwaukee — see above):

  1. Contact us via a support ticket or email [email protected]. Include your order number and a description of the fault.
  2. We will assess the situation — we may ask for additional information or ask you to return the item for inspection.
  3. We will arrange a replacement or refund — depending on the fault, stock availability, and circumstances.

We aim to resolve warranty issues quickly and without unnecessary back-and-forth.

What warranty does not cover

  • Damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, or neglect
  • Damage from use outside the manufacturer’s specifications
  • Normal wear and tear

For electrical products, installation must be carried out by a suitably qualified person in accordance with applicable wiring regulations and the manufacturer’s instructions.
