The FB32 is a 32mm female brass bush for galvanised steel conduit systems. Machined from solid brass, it carries an internal (female) thread that receives the external male thread of a conduit end, spout or male bush, forming a terminal fitting at boxes, adaptable boxes and gland plates. The rounded internal bore presents a smooth entry that protects cable sheathing against the cut edge of the conduit. Threads follow the standard electrical form used across BS 4568 metric steel conduit fittings, with legacy compatibility to older BS 31 systems. Brass construction offers corrosion resistance and good electrical continuity across the conduit system.
