The 25mm Galvanised Steel Conduit H Box is a two-way circular branch box for use with BS 4568 (and BS 31) heavy-gauge steel conduit systems. The “H” outlet arrangement provides two parallel offset spouts, making the box suited to parallel conduit runs and branching around obstructions rather than a straight in-line through box. It is cast from malleable iron with a hot-dip galvanised finish for corrosion resistance. The 25mm spouts carry metric female threads to BS 4568, and the body is tapped to accept a matching circular lid (ordered separately). Cast fixing lugs allow surface mounting. Typically fitted with an M4 tapped hole in the base for an earth terminal. Provides access for wiring, inspection and cable pulling in surface conduit installations.
