The Helukabel HELUTOP HT-MS (906199) is a metal cable gland for standard unarmoured cable entry into enclosures and control cabinets. The body is nickel-plated brass with a Polyamide PA6 clamp, Chloroprene rubber (CR) seal and NBR O-ring, providing IP68 (5 bar) and IP69K sealing when correctly fitted. The gland has an M63 x 1.5 metric thread (10mm thread length) and accepts a cable outer diameter of 44mm to 55mm. Spanner (across-flats) size is 75mm. Continuous operating temperature is -20°C to +100°C, with short-term capability of -40°C to +150°C. Tested to EN 62444. Note: supplied without a locknut — a matching M63 locknut must be ordered separately where required.
