The Toptul Half-Round Second-Cut File is a 250mm (10 inch) engineer’s file with a half-round cross-section, giving one flat face and one curved face for working both straight and concave surfaces. The second-cut teeth deliver a medium coarseness suited to general shaping and finishing of metal after rough stock removal.
