Weicon No. 4-28 H strips round jacketed cables from 4 to 28 mm OD. Handles finely stranded and solid conductors with PVC insulation, including wet room cables.

Self-rotating inner blade does both ring cuts and longitudinal slits. Blade depth is adjustable. Hook blade comes with a safety cap. Inner blade is replaceable — spare blade article number 5010001.
