This 4mm² 5 core SWA armoured cable is engineered for low smoke and halogen-free power and control applications, rated at 600/1000V with XLPE insulation and LSZH inner bedding and outer sheath. The cable employs class 2 stranded copper conductors for enhanced flexibility and conforms to BS6724 and BS EN/IEC 60228. Its operating temperature range is -20°C to +90°C with a 90°C maximum conductor temperature, and the steel wire armour provides robust mechanical protection. Designed for direct burial and installation in public buildings, data centres, and areas with strict fire safety requirements, the cable complies with Dca-s2, d2, a2 fire classification per IS 10101 and relevant BS/IEC flame, smoke, and acid gas emission standards.
